Appearance

Natabut's true form is a towering colossus of stone and living armor, his body cracked with veins of molten light that pulse like rivers of fire beneath his skin. Blue flames rise from his shoulders and back, wreathed around his form like a burning crown. His horns sweep back in jagged arcs, framing a face of onyx and steel where his crimson eyes burn with cold fury. Chains coil across his chest and arms, etched with glowing runes, tightening and loosening as though alive. Shards of stone and obsidian orbit his body, breaking apart and reforming endlessly, as if his presence alone fractures reality. Unlike Niyarashi's chaotic storm of magic, Natabut radiates silence and inevitability — an unbreakable wall of power.

Personality

Where his brother is restless and reckless, Natabut is steady and disciplined. He values order above all things, seeing freedom without control as a path to ruin. Yet his devotion to order is not born of cruelty — it is born of duty, of the belief that someone must hold the line when all else collapses. Though quiet, he is unwavering, his judgment as heavy as iron. Beneath his cold exterior lies a deep, unspoken love for his brother, a love that manifests as both protection and condemnation. He does not rage at Niyarashi, but his silence weighs heavier than any curse. Natabut embodies inevitability: patient, unyielding, and merciless when tested.

History

Mortal Life

Natabut, the elder brother, was everything Niyarashi was not — disciplined, diligent, and determined. From an early age he pushed himself in all things: his studies, his training, his endurance. While Niyarashi chased mischief and trouble, Natabut carried the responsibility of holding their world together. He shielded his younger brother from punishment, helped him with schoolwork, and stood between him and every fist that should have struck him.

But the deeper Niyarashi slipped into the criminal underworld, the more Natabut realized that his protection would not be enough. And so, in secret, he stepped into the same world — not as a reckless delinquent, but as a builder of control. Piece by piece, he created a vast underground network, threading influence and authority through gangs, smugglers, and back alleys.

Unlike the others who bled the streets dry, Natabut's power came without vice. He did not run drugs, weapons, or rackets. Instead, he demanded tribute — protection money from those who feared what worse might come. And in exchange, he gave what no law could: safety. His network kept order where chaos reigned, and above all, it kept his brother alive.

To the outside world, Natabut appeared as a quiet, diligent man who lived in the shadow of his troubled sibling. But in truth, he was one of the most powerful unseen lords of the underground, a man who ruled not by corruption, but by control.

The Descent into Darkness

Natabut's double life could not last forever. As Niyarashi's crimes grew bolder, the authorities began to hunt for those responsible. When the moment came, fate — or perhaps inevitability — turned its judgment upon Natabut. Evidence, twisted by circumstance or design, tied him to the deeds of his brother. In a single stroke, the man who had tried to protect order was branded as a criminal mastermind.

He did not resist. To shield his brother, Natabut bore the punishment silently, accepting chains in place of freedom. Yet his network continued to grow even from the shadows, for his name carried weight that no prison could erase.

What began as control for his brother's sake slowly hardened into conviction. He began to believe that only through his order could chaos be tamed. The law was weak, the rulers corrupt, the gangs unstable — but his hand was steady. And so his empire became an iron cage, built not from cruelty, but necessity.

But in time, necessity devoured him. The man who once lived to protect had become indistinguishable from the criminals he once opposed. His obsession with order consumed him, until chains were all he knew.

Rebirth as a God

When death finally claimed him, Natabut did not rage or beg. He accepted his fate with the same silence he had carried all his life. Yet Kirata saw in him not failure, but potential — a man who bore punishment in place of another, whose power was not destruction, but reflection and control.

He awoke in the void, his body remade into a living fortress. His skin gleamed like polished onyx, etched with silver lines that mirrored and deflected all power turned against him. His eyes glowed with pale light, reflecting not what was before him, but the hidden strength behind every strike. Chains coiled around his arms and chest, not as shackles, but as weapons — links that absorbed the force of every blow and hurled it back with doubled strength.

Unlike Niyarashi, whose form burned with chaotic creation, Natabut's rebirth was cold and unyielding. He was the wall, the mirror, the inevitable counterstroke.

He wandered the endless void, each step ringing like iron, until he reached the throne of Kirata. There, he found seven others already seated. His place was the fifth seat to the left of the throne — beside the brother he had once died to protect.

Role and Current State

As the Fifth Moon, Natabut embodies reflection and resistance — the abyssal shield against all sorcery. Where Niyarashi is the fountainhead of creation, Natabut is its wall, absorbing and turning back all power that dares to challenge him. No spell, no curse, no miracle escapes his reach; all are swallowed and hurled back upon their wielder.

He can only be glimpsed in the Abyss during May, where his dominion manifests as endless chains and mirrors of obsidian glass, each reflecting the spells of those who approach. To see him is to stand before inevitability: every attack undone, every force met with equal return.

Among the Moons, Natabut is both feared and respected — feared for the futility he inspires, respected for the discipline with which he wields his power. To his brother, he remains both shield and accusation, a reminder that the weight of guilt can never be fully escaped.
